Olmesartan Medoxomil

Cilnidipine

A calcium channel blocker that also helps relax blood vessels and lower heart rate.

Chlorthalidone

A diuretic (water pill) that helps your body get rid of excess salt and water.

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)

Specifically for patients who require a combination therapy to effectively manage blood pressure.

This combination medication works synergistically. Olmesartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Cilnidipine blocks calcium from entering the heart and blood vessel muscles, relaxing them. Chlorthalidone increases urine output, reducing blood volume and pressure. The combined effect leads to a significant reduction in blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
