Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever by affecting the hypothalamus and provides pain relief through a less understood mechanism. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
