Herlet 5mg Tab (Letrozole) works by blocking the production of estrogen in the body. Estrogen is a hormone that can help breast cancer cells grow. By reducing estrogen levels, letrozole can help to stop or slow the growth of breast cancer cells.

Store letrozole at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of letrozole will depend on the reason you are taking it.

Your doctor will determine the right dose for you based on your individual needs.

Letrozole is usually taken once a day, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

It is not recommended to consume alcohol while taking letrozole, as it may increase the risk of side effects.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

Letrozole may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. If you experience these side effects, avoid driving or operating machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Letrozole is not safe for pregnant women. It can harm an unborn baby. It is also not safe to breastfeed while taking letrozole, as it can pass into breast milk.



Children

Letrozole is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

Letrozole may affect kidney function. Tell your doctor if you have any kidney problems.



Liver

Letrozole may affect liver function. Tell your doctor if you have any liver problems.
