Treatment of insomnia characterized by difficulties with sleep onset.

Shortterm treatment of insomnia (generally up to 2-6 weeks).

Justsleep 2mg Tab (Eszopiclone) is a nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic. It binds to specific receptors (omega-1 subtype of GABA_A receptors) in the brain, enhancing the effects of GABA, a neurotransmitter that promotes relaxation and sleep. This action leads to sedation and improved sleep quality.

Store at controlled room temperature 20°C-25°C (68°F-77°F) [See USP]. Protect from moisture.

The usual adult dose is 1-3 mg taken immediately before bedtime.

Dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional based on individual needs and response.

Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Alcohol Consumption

While Driving or operating Machinery

Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how eszopiclone affects you. It can impair your ability to perform these activities.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Eszopiclone should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless the potential benefits clearly outweigh the risks. Consult your doctor.



Children

Eszopiclone is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with impaired kidney function. Dosage adjustments may be necessary.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with impaired liver function. Dosage adjustments may be necessary.
