Fungal infections of the skin, such as tinea corporis (ringworm), tinea cruris (jock itch), tinea pedis (athlete's foot), and pityriasis versicolor.
Fungal infections of the scalp, such as tinea capitis.
Fungal infections of the nails, such as onychomycosis.
Yeast infections of the mouth and throat, such as oral thrush (candidiasis).
Vaginal yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis.
Ketmed Soap 75gm (Ketoconazole) works by inhibiting the growth of fungi. It does this by interfering with the production of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. This disruption leads to the death of fungal cells.
Store ketoconazole at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F).
The dosage of ketoconazole will vary depending on the type of infection being treated, the severity of the infection, and the patient's age and overall health.
Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Do not take more or less ketoconazole than prescribed.
